If you’ve spent years dieting, counting, or cutting foods out, you’ll find something different here. We’ll work together to understand what matters most to you, what may be getting in your way, and which strategies feel realistic and sustainable. -
Book a free 15-minute discovery call to share what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to work on, and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll talk about whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
-
This is a comprehensive initial appointment where we take a deep dive into your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals. This session allows us to identify key areas of focus and begin creating a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
-
During your first follow-up visit, we’ll build your personalized plan together. From there, we’ll adjust your plan as needed and build on the goals you’ve already started working toward.
Subsequent follow-up visits give us space to continue tracking progress, address new questions or challenges, review any relevant testing or changes in your health, and refine your plan as your needs evolve. Each visit builds on the last, so your nutrition plan continues to feel personalized and relevant to where you are.
Follow-up visits are an opportunity for continued support, problem-solving, and accountability as you work toward sustainable, long-term changes. Most clients meet with me on a bi-weekly schedule, though we’ll find a cadence that makes sense for your individual needs.
-
A focused visit dedicated to reviewing your lab results and any specialty testing in detail. We’ll break down what the findings mean, connect them to your symptoms and nutrition, and outline clear, personalized next steps to support your health goals. We will also discuss a plan to track progress.
What You’ll Actually Get From Working With Me
An Approach Built Around You
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We’ll take into account your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, food preferences, routines, and goals to create an approach that works for you.
Clear Guidance, Grounded in Science
Nutrition information can be confusing and contradictory. I’ll help you understand the why behind our recommendations, translating evidence-based nutrition into practical steps that make sense for your everyday life.
Nourishment Over Restriction
We’re here to help you nourish your body, support your energy, and build strength for the life you want to live. The goal is to feel capable, energized, and more at home in your body.
A Plan with Purpose
You are the expert on your own life and experiences. My role is to bring nutrition knowledge, clinical training, curiosity, and support to the process. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what isn’t, and adjust along the way to create an approach that feels sustainable.

A Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) is an advanced credential for nutrition professionals. The certification requires a master’s or doctoral degree in nutrition or a related field, at least 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice, and passing a rigorous board certification exam. It’s similar in scope to a Registered Dietitian (RD), though the training pathway differs slightly. You can learn more about the CNS credential here.
CNS practitioners receive advanced training in evidence-based nutrition, and are licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and can work with complex health conditions. I am currently completing my supervised clinical practice hours through the Clinician’s Incubator, an ACNPE-accredited program, as I work toward earning my CNS credential.
What this means: My advanced clinical training allows me to go beyond general wellness advice and support clients with personalized, evidence-based nutrition care.

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I completely understand. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your appointment time to someone else.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.

I’m a cash-pay practice, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. This allows me to spend more time focused on your individual needs, providing personalized support that may not always fit within the limitations of an insurance-based model.
After each session, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company may need to process an out-of-network claim. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
I understand that working together is an investment. If cost is a concern, please feel free to mention it during your discovery call. I’m committed to finding ways to make this accessible for all who need the support.
